FAQ

When will I receive my order? 

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Items are delivered within 2-3 business days. As of now we only offer standard shipping. Delivery times can also vary on the shipping carrier. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday. 

Can I return/exchange my order? 

All orders can be returned or exchanged. Please contact us using the contact form stating whether you would like to return or exchange an item. All items must be sent back to us within 12 days from your delivery date. If an item is damaged or looks worn customer will not receive store credit. 

Can I contact Ffrenchie.co? If so, How?  

Customers can contact us by clicking on the "CONTACT US" tab on our website, you can also directly email us at ffrenchieclothing@gmail.com. Responses can take up to 48 hours. Please contact us with your name and order number. 

How can I track my order? 

Once Ffrenchie.co has processed and shipped out your order, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. (Please check your spam/junk mail). 

Does Ffrenchie.co have a physical store or offer pick up? 

Currently we do not offer pick up services nor do we have a physical store.
